The large, yet slim design of this Phottix Nuada S3 Softlight Bi-Color LED Panel is well-suited for use on productions from documentaries to narratives. It provides a soft, dimmable output with a CRI rating of 95. Featuring an adjustable color temperature range of 3200 to 5600K, it can be used in a variety of interior and exterior locations. The light has a maximum output of 850 Lux at 3.3′.
The Nuada S3 features two built-in L-series battery plates to accept optional batteries, and it can also be powered by the included AC power adapter. The light lasts about three hours on full brightness when using an NP-F970 battery. There are two manual knobs on the back, one for brightness and one for color temperature adjustment. A tilting 3/8″-16 to 5/8″ Baby Pin receiver for mounting the light on a light stand is included.
